Reemster.com is the online wholesale business of Spongeblasting Benelux B.V. in the Netherlands. Our product portfolio includes a large selection of items related to surface preparation. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us.
Yes, Reemster.com delivers to consumers in addition to businesses. During the ordering process, you can indicate whether you want to order privately or as a business. For a business order, we ask for your VAT number. (For Belgium: This is your company number with the addition "BE" in front).
Assortment & Stock
We are a wholesaler for environmentally friendly cleaning and blasting with Sponge-Jet.
We sell surface treatment products, related accessories and products such as personal protective equipment.
Our site shows whether a product is in stock. You can also see the expected shipping time for each product.
Our (offline) range includes more than 10,000 different types of products.
Our online range is constantly being supplemented with new products. Nevertheless, not all products may yet be available in the webshop. Of course, you can always contact us if the product you are looking for is missing from our site.
All our items are divided into various categories so you can quickly and easily find the product you need. You can also use the search function. Can't find a product? Please feel free to contact us by filling in the contact form or chat with us.
After you have found the product you want to order, you can place it in the shopping cart. At the top right, you can click on the shopping cart. Here you can then remove products or change the quantity before placing your order.

Are you placing a business order and our system indicates that your VAT number is invalid? If so, please check carefully that you have entered the VAT number correctly. You can check your VAT number via the European Commission website: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=nl
Please note: We check that the VAT number entered matches the company name and billing address entered. If there are discrepancies, we may ask you for a CoC extract before we proceed to process your order.
Always check your order and your details carefully before placing the order. We process orders as soon as we receive them. As a result, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order. Please contact us a.s.a.p. for the possibilities.
Collection, delivery & returns
It is also possible to collect orders. To do so, please choose "Collect in Vianen, Utrecht, the Netherlands" when placing your order. We will then contact you when the order is ready for collection. Collection is only possible by appointment.
We ship to almost all countries within the European Union. You can therefore place an order for almost all countries without our intervention. If you wish to place an order for a destination for which you cannot choose a shipping method, please contact us so that we can be of further assistance.
The shipping costs depend on the destination, the size of your order and the total weight of your order. Fill your shopping cart with the products you want to order and enter the delivery address during check-out. You will then see the shipping costs for your destination.
The estimated shipping time is mentioned with the product. The time between the time of dispatch and the time you receive the product depends on the delivery address.
For all parcel shipments, you will receive a track & trace code.
For pallet shipments outside the Benelux, you will receive a track & trace code after we have sent your order. Via this code you can see the (expected) delivery date.
For pallet shipments within the Benelux, the carrier usually delivers within 5 working days after dispatch.
If you need a delivery guarantee for a certain date, please contact us for the possibilities before placing your order. We will then make you a tailor-made offer that you can accept.
If you are not present, you may be able to schedule a new delivery appointment with the carrier.
Please note that it is often possible to have your shipment delivered to a parcel point. You then usually have 1 week to collect your order. If you do not collect your shipment it will be returned to us and you will have to place your order again.
For pallets: Your shipment will only be offered once. We will contact you to schedule a new delivery attempt. (There may be a charge for this).
The return of an item and/or good is only possible if:
- It has not been used;
- It has not been custom-made;
- It does not concern a service and is stored in a lockable, dry warehouse;
- It has all original type markings, numbers, brand or trade name indications;
- No modifications have been made; It is equipped with all original parts and/or accessories, including but not limited to manuals and/or logbooks;
- It is, to the extent possible, in original, closed and saleable packaging;
Within the following return periods, maximum quantity and return costs:
- thirty (30) days; maximum one (1) pallet with a maximum of fifty-five (55) bags; twenty-five percent (25%) of the originally agreed price*; for Sponge-Media / Blasting Agents;
- thirty (30) days; maximum two (2) machines; fifteen percent (15%) of the originally agreed price*; for machines and/or equipment sold as "New";
- fourteen (14) days; maximum two (2) machines; twenty percent (20%) of the originally agreed price*; for machinery and/or equipment sold as "Used" or "Second Hand";
- fourteen (14) days; maximum two (2) goods; twenty-five percent (25%) of the originally agreed price*; for all other goods;
* The originally agreed price means the price mentioned in the quotation/order confirmation. If a discount is given on the standard price, the discount shall be part of the price.
Please contact us if you wish to return (part of) your order. You can return your order to our location at your own expense or send it with a carrier.
